MultiSub is a framework that enables seamless management of Safe Gnosis multisigs through a Chrome extension, dashboard interface, and smart contracts. The Service allows users to delegate DeFi operations to sub-accounts with strict security controls.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain the security of your accounts and private keys
  • Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

You acknowledge that the use of blockchain technology and smart contracts involves inherent risks, including:

  • Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities or bugs
  • Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible
  • Loss of private keys may result in permanent loss of access to funds
  • Regulatory uncertainty regarding blockchain technology

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MULTISUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MultiSub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
